Student-led Clubs

We offer a wide array of clubs for our students because we want our students to connect with others, develop skills, and sharpen their collaboration skills. We also livestream our clubs, so please join us even if your are at home.

Interested in joining? Please contact the adviser.

Start your own school club!

Students can start their own clubs with faculty support for any area of interest they choose.  Each year we organize different clubs based on student interest. Some successful clubs we had last year are D&D, Horror, Improv, Crafts, and GSA.

Our GSA Club meets Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM in the multipurpose room. This club unites LGBTQ+ and allied youth to build community and organize around issues impacting them. Mr. Hinckley advises this club. Please contact him for more details

Join Hope Squad and help your peers! This group is focused on making connections with peers and preventing suicide. Ms. Meads leads this group on Mondays from 3:00-4:00 PM.

Horror club is a club to discuss horror movies, books, and games (and sometimes play horror-themed board and card games). Join this club with Mr. Haslem on Mondays after school from 3:30-4:30 PM.

HOSA focuses on supporting and developing future healthcare professionals. Students volunteer and participate in contests demonstrating their knowledge and skills in their chosen field. Students interested in participating can contact your Davis Tech Instructor.

Join Mr. Haslem for Improv Club. This is a great way to connect with your peers and sharpen your acting skills. Improv will meet on Fridays from 12-1 PM.

SkillsUSA focuses on training and developing trade skills. Juniors and seniors have the opportunity to represent their program by competing in contests. Students interested in participating can contact their program instructor

Students may run for election to serve as student body officers. Our student government helps plan our monthly school activities, build school culture, and organize prom. Student body officers also earn credit elective credit for successfully completing their assigned duties. Elections are held in the fall. If you are interested, please contact the student government advisers Mr. King.

Join Ms. Chandler from 3:13-4:00 PM on Tuesdays for Trivia! This is a great time to test your knowledge and interact with your peers. Complete your permission form HERE.

Students can choose to participate on yearbook staff by selecting the course during registration. Yearbook meets every Friday morning. Students work together with their adviser to create a theme for the book, take photos, conduct interviews, and design the book. If you are interested in joining yearbook, please talk with the adviser Ms. Brooks.
